According to the organization, ICEM’s “fundamental objective” is to show that “from anywhere, regardless of barriers of time or space, you can learn and provide knowledge. ICEM 2015 will be a great platform, which will be at the forefront with the most relevant technologies and strategies in education worldwide.”
Among the 2015 keynote speakers: Google chief education “evangelist” Jaime Casap; Apple Inc. learning director William Rankin; UNESCO education policy officer Mark West; and former National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) researcher Tony Leavitt.
ICEM expects delegates from 30 countries for this year’s conference, the first-ever in Medellin –and co-hosted by the local CEIPA Business School. Medellin’s Plaza Mayor is the main event site.
