Aris Mining 3Q 2026 Net Income Jumps 57% Year-on-Year
Vancouver, Canada-based Aris Mining – operator of Colombia’s biggest underground gold mine at Segovia, Antioquia – announced November 4 that third quarter (3Q) 2026 corporate-wide net income rose 57% year-on-year, to US$66.7 million, from US$42 million in 3Q 2025.
Nine-months 2026 adjusted net income likewise is up 99% year-on-year, to $293 million, versus an adjusted US$147 million for nine-months 2025, according to the company.
So far this year, gold production corporate-wide rose 16% year-on-year, to 217,300 ounces, while 3Q 2026 average gold prices hit US$4,205 per ounce, the company noted.
For 3Q 2026, adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) hit US$144 million, while nine-months 2026 EBITDA jumped 81% year-on-year, to US$535 million, according to the company.
Commenting on the results, Aris CEO Neil Woodyer noted that “cash generated from Segovia supports our significant capital investment program during the most capital-intensive phase of the Marmato [Caldas] expansion, while maintaining a strong balance sheet.
“At Segovia, our investments in underground development and the mining fleet are building the capacity required to increase mining rates and improve haulage efficiency.
“The resolution of explosives supply constraints is also expected to support increased production from our contract mining partners. Together, the Segovia and Marmato expansions underpin our target of approximately 500,000 ounces of annual gold production once fully ramped up.
“At Soto Norte [Santander], we continue to advance the environmental licensing process and are encouraged by recent government actions that have improved regulatory clarity,” Woodyer added.
