Nutresa Full Year 2025 Net Income Soars 62.7% Year-on-Year

Medellin-based multinational foods giant Grupo Nutresa announced February 19 that its full-year 2025 net income jumped 62.7% year-on-year, to COP$1.25 trillion (US$338 million), from COP$765 billion (US$205 million) in 2024.

Sales rose 10.7% year-on-year, to COP$20.57 trillion (US$5.5 billion) in 2025, versus COP$18.58 trillion (US$5.02 billion) in 2024, while 2025 adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) rose to COP$3.45 trillion (US$932 million) versus COP$2.37 trilllion (US$640 million) in 2024.

“International revenues reached COP$8.3 trillion [US$2.24 billion], reflecting a growth of 11.9%,” while dollar-denominated sales rose 31% year-on-year, to US$ 2.2 billion, according to the company.

“Sales in Colombia reached COP$12.3 trillion [US$3.3 billion], registering a 9.9% growth” year-on-year, according to Nutresa.

“This [Colombia sales] result was driven by consistent growth across all eight of the group’s main business units. The coffee business unit achieved the highest growth at +29%, followed by ice cream (+12%), biscuits (+9.3%), and chocolates (+9.2%).

“International expansion was robust across all major operating regions, driven by the performance of the coffee (+56.6%), chocolate (+50.1%), and biscuits (+25.2%) businesses,” the company added.
