Odinsa Full-Year 2025 Net Income Jumps 65% Year-on-Year

Medellin-based multinational highways-and-airports concessionaire Odinsa — a division of Grupo Argos — announced March 24 a 65% year-on-year hike in full-year 2025 net income, hitting COP$148 billion (US$40 million).

Revenues for 2025 also rose 46% year-on-year, to COP$292 billion (US$79 million), while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) rose 68% year-on-year, to COP$148 billion (US$40 million), according to the company.

Also during 2025, Odinsa launched a new drinking-water division — Odinsa Aguas — initially via acquisition of the Mexican company TICSA, “which has more than 40 years of experience in water treatment and reuse,” according to the company.

“Furthermore, [Odinsa Aguas] plans to expand its footprint in Latin America by allocating more than US$300 million to projects in other markets such as Chile, Peru as well as in Colombia,” according to the company.

On other fronts, Odinsa cited its participation in the second phase of construction on the “Tunel de Oriente” (the highway tunnel linking Medellin eastward to the international airport at Rionegro), plus infrastructure expansions at El Dorado Airportin in Bogotá and at Mariscal Sucre Airport in Quito, Ecuador.

Odinsa “strengthened its role as an investor and asset manager, with a portfolio of COP$6.3 trillion [US$1.7 billion] assests under management, driven by the solid performance of its road and airport platforms in partnership with Macquarie Asset Management,” the company added.
