Odinsa 1H 2026 Profits Jump 36% Year-on-Year
Medellin-based highways-and-airports concessionaire Odinsa SA — a division of Grupo Argos –announced August 12 that first half (1H) 2026 net income rose 36% year-on-year, to COP$118.5 billion (US$37 million), from COP$87 billion (US$21.6 million) in 1H 2025.
Revenues rose 18% year-on-year, to COP$188 billion (US$59.9 million), while 1H 2026 earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) rose 32% year-on-year, to COP$133 billion (US$42 million).
“Odinsa begins its evolution into Grupo Argos Asset Management with COP$3.88 trillion [US$1.2 billion] in assets under management in the second quarter [2026],” according to the company
During 1H 2026, “airport and road assets managed by Odinsa (asssets under management) increased from COP$3.74 trillion (US$1.187 billion) in the first quarter [2026] to COP$3.88 trillion (US$1.231 billion) in the second quarter [2026],” according to Odinsa.
“During the first half of 2026, airport concessions saw a 6.4% year-over-year increase in passenger traffic, while highway concessions experienced a 2.7% increase, totaling 20.3 million vehicles.
“This growth was primarily driven by the strong performance of international traffic at both El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá, operated by Opain, and Mariscal Sucre International Airport in Quito, managed by the Quiport concesión,” the company added.
